Sessions are Tuesday through Friday at 11:00 am Mountain Time, spaced one every other month, so each one has time to settle into your life.

After each session, your vault holds your video, audio, a written summary based on the transcript, and 3 micro chats with me.

What is in my Session Vault?

A video and audio recording, a written summary based on your session transcript, and 3 micro chats with me. Micro chats are short written questions, up to 500 characters each, to clarify your session.

Why are sessions every other month?

So each session has time to settle into your life before the next one.

What if I need to reschedule?

Rescheduling, late cancellation, and no-show policies are in the Terms of Service at MariaLupitaGurule.com.
