Is this a course with modules and recordings?
No. This is a live, co-created container. There's no predetermined curriculum. Lupita develops worksheets, tools and practices with and in response to this group, based on what you actually bring.
What do I need to bring?
One real threshold. One choice you keep circling, or the place where part of you already knows something but you're struggling to trust or live it. Not everything. Just one.
Will Lupita tell me what to do?
No. She walks beside you without taking over your path. The goal is for you to become increasingly capable of hearing and living your own guidance.
Is it 60 days of meetings? What about the holidays?
The 60 days are not 60 days of meetings. The time between gatherings is part of the transformation, and the holidays, family, work and winter become the living laboratory where you practice.
