Your gift Jump-Start & Warm-Up session. We begin together, settle in, and get you ready to walk.

About 120 minutes each, just for you. One every other month across 18 months, starting December 2026 or January 2027.

Your Session Vault

Every session includes video, audio, a written summary based on your transcript, and 3 micro chats with me (up to 500 characters each).

Watch for your scheduling links. Sessions are Tuesday through Friday at 11:00 am Mountain Time. We will email you when your links are ready.

Please know you are joining early. This is being built in real time, with you and for you. You will receive working drafts, not polished products, and we will shape them together, hands-on. I am asking for your patience, your support, and your help noticing what needs fixing.

So each session has time to settle into your life before the next one.
What is in my Session Vault?
A video and audio recording, a written summary based on your session transcript, and 3 micro chats with me. Micro chats are short written questions, up to 500 characters each, to clarify your session.
What time is it where I live?
All times are Mountain Time (Santa Fe, New Mexico). Your scheduling link can show the times in your own time zone.
What if I need to reschedule?
Rescheduling, late cancellation, and no-show policies are in the Terms of Service at MariaLupitaGurule.com. If something comes up, talk with me. Life happens, and we will do our best to work it out.
