Before You Book

Is this coaching or spiritual guidance?
Both. The Signal Method™ is a grounded spiritual framework delivered through a coaching container. It's psychologically safe, symbolically rich, and practically applied to your real life.
How are sessions delivered and how often?
Sessions are held virtually and typically scheduled every 1–2 weeks, giving your system time to integrate between each transmission. You'll receive scheduling access after your discovery call.
What if I've done a lot of inner work already?
Most of my clients are exactly like that — thoughtful, aware, well-read. The Signal Method™ isn't more information. It's a coherent framework that finally organizes what you already know into something you can feel and follow.
What happens on the discovery call?
A calm, 30-minute conversation. We'll talk about the static you're navigating, what you're longing for, and whether the 1:1 container is the right next step. No pressure — just presence.
Is the full 6-session package required?
